Purpose
Our client is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to enhance their financial modelling and support strategic decision‑making.
This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Financial Analyst based in Midrand.
Responsibilities
- Conduct statistical analyses, develop predictive models, and interpret financial and actuarial data to inform business decisions.
- Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support risk assessments and long‑term strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Progress toward actuarial certification through a recognized professional body.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property investment or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in Mathematics, enabling accurate data interpretation and trend identification.
- Proven knowledge of Statistics and Finance to support forecasting and risk analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in actuarial or financial modelling tools and advanced Excel capabilities.
