HireForce is partnering with a well-established global manufacturing organisation to recruit a Financial Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing finance team in a broad role with exposure to treasury, finance operations, cash management, and process improvement.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Finance function, you'll play an important role in supporting the company's day-to-day financial operations, ensuring the smooth management of payments, cashflow activities, employee expenses, and financial controls. This is a varied position offering excellent exposure across multiple areas of finance within a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily cash management and banking activities
- Process electronic payments and maintain robust financial controls
- Assist with cashflow forecasting and bank reconciliations
- Prepare journals, accruals, and month-end reconciliations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries
- Support audit requests and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and controls
About You
- Previous experience in a finance, treasury, accounting, or finance operations role
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Strong Excel and finance systems experience
- Part-qualified accountant or studying towards a professional qualification is desirable
