RESPONSIBILITIES
I. JOB SUMMARY:
- Assists with the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Medical Group’s financial, production and statistical/operational reports and analyses.
- Monitors provider productivity, financial performance and professional billing data.
- Assists the management team in planning, developing and overseeing physician practice network expansion and projects.
- Facilitates, develops and prepares financial analyses of existing operations and new programs, variance comparisons (actual to budget, actual to actual, and budget to budget), etc.
- Responsible for coordination and execution of special projects as assigned.

III. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions.
IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
B. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
- CPA or Master’s degree in business or healthcare preferred.
C. EXPERIENCE:
- Three (3) years progressive experience in finance, operations and financial systems, including, budgeting and analysis, financial modeling and forecasting required; healthcare and physician revenue cycle experience highly desirable.
- Prior direct working relationships with physicians preferred.
- Experience in a lead or supervisory role.
- Experience to demonstrate:
o Advanced knowledge working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and website management.
o Ability to extract and report off relational databases using Clarity report writer.
o Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to:
ï‚§ Gather, analyze and organize data in a logical and systematic manner.
ï‚§ Present data and findings in a logical manner to various audiences.
o Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
o Proven project and change management skills.
o Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with a broad range of people to accomplish assigned tasks effectively and efficiently with high quality customer service.
