Key Responsibilitie
- sManage and oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities
- .Support budget development, monitoring, and variance analysis across multiple projects and programs
- .Utilize PeopleSoft FSCM to generate financial reports, track expenditures, and ensure financial compliance
- .Collaborate with business and technology teams to support financial operations and strategic initiatives
- .Monitor project and program costs, including labor, software, hardware, and maintenance expenses
- .Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and cost management
- .Support procurement and requisition processes while ensuring adherence to organizational policies
- .Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams
- .Identify financial risks, issues, and opportunities, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
- .Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records, reporting, and budget controls
.Required Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- .5+ years of experience in Finance and Budget Planning/Oversight activities
- .Strong experience managing full budget planning and financial oversight processes
- .Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM, including financial reporting and analysis
- .Knowledge of procurement, requisition, and financial management processes
- .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- .Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- .Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
