Requirements
A university degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills
Independence and commitment to assigned responsibilities
Proactive approach to problem-solving, including suggesting new solutions and improvements
Teamwork skills and effective communication
Fluent English min. B2 level
Nice to Have – Knowledge of VBA and experience in implementing ERP systems
Responsibilities
Preparing periodic reports to support business management
Creation of reporting processes and controlling tools
Collecting and updating data
Engaging in the budgeting and planning process
Participating in the closing of accounting periods
Supporting the preparation and updating of financial models
Compiling and preparing monthly data reports, correlating with delivery reports, to support the finance team in the invoicing process
Communicating with internal teams to verify, track, and audit the quality of data entered by the delivery team
Supervising and overseeing the data collection process to ensure consistency and accuracy
Providing key data insights and reports to facilitate the invoicing process
