The Role

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Financial Analyst with operations experience to join our Southlake office (US HQ). In this role, you will be the embedded FA working with the Operations day-to-day financial element. You will be the vital bridge between our operational teams at the luxury airport lounges and our regional finance department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Partnership: Collaborate directly with airport lounge managers and food & beverage teams to review operational expenses, manage inventory cost tracking, and resolve day-to-day financial inquiries.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain operational finance dashboards. Analyze daily/weekly revenue and expense trends to provide actionable insights to the Controller and regional leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current accounting and operational finance processes and proactively propose and implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in financial operations, corporate finance, or accounting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or a multi-unit operational environment is a plus but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation) and hands-on experience with modern ERP/accounting software.
  • Working Style: A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership. You possess the ability to lead projects and drive results independently while collaborating effectively across different departments.
