Our client is a dynamic, well-funded aircraft leasing platform experiencing significant growth and expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to join a high-performing FP&A team and gain exposure to financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, Board reporting, and strategic financial analysis. Working alongside experienced finance professionals, you'll contribute to key business decisions while building your career in one of Ireland's leading industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Build financial models and perform analysis to support planning and business decisions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting.
• Prepare management reports, Board presentations, and performance analysis.
• Monitor financial results, investigate variances, and identify key trends.
• Partner with teams across the business to support commercial and strategic initiatives.
• Enhance financial models, reporting, and planning processes.
• Develop a strong understanding of the key drivers of business performance.
• Support strategic finance projects and other ad hoc analyses.
What We're Looking For
• Recently qualified ACA or ACCA accountant.
• Experience in audit, financial reporting, or a similar finance role.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach.
