Location: Sherman Oaks, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong quantitative skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial goals
- Assist in the preparation of executive presentations and reporting packages
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain financial reporting integrity
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software preferred
- Solid understanding of financial statements and GAAP principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
