Job Overview: I have partnered with a client in South Florida, and we are looking for a Financial Analyst with a background in manufacturing to provide accurate financial insights and analyses. This role supports the CFO in optimizing processes and implementing best practices to boost business profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial forecasts and reports.
Analyze cost accounting and manufacturing variances.
Assist in monthly financial forecasts and P&L reporting.
Develop and maintain key financial models.
Collaborate with leadership to understand variance drivers and project impacts.
Provide decision support and strategic plan analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or relevant college coursework.
1 to 3 years of finance experience preferred.
Ability to influence business decisions with financial support.
Resolve conflicts professionally, positively, as well as being able to work independently.
Partner with teams to drive results and meet deliverables.
Identify risks and opportunities.
Manage projects and leverage best practices.
Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
