WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Support the preparation of headcount, operating expense, and capital budgets as needed
Manage the monthly variance analysis of financial results
Assist business partners with improvements that drive a meaningful budget process.
Partner with accounting teams to research and resolve unusual variances and enhance the accuracy of monthly financial reporting.
Work collaboratively with business partners to develop key benchmarks for each sales channel and product cost area, including labor spending productivity, expense savings targets, and other departmental scorecard measures.
Review reporting elements within the current chart of accounts to implement suggested changes that enhance financial variance insights.
Perform reporting and analysis as requested, with special projects as assigned.
Identify opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will enhance department effectiveness
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounitng, Finance or related field
4-7 years of experience in finance/FP&A
Experience using Workday software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience using Excel (advanced)
