Our client, a highly respected global financial services firm, is expanding its Fixed Income team and is looking to hire a German-speaking Mutual Fund Analyst in West Dublin. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in financial markets while gaining hands-on exposure to market-leading systems, instruments, and global stakeholders.
As part of the Fixed Income team, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of corporate bond data, and contributing to time-sensitive initiatives that directly impact clients worldwide. You’ll collaborate closely with international colleagues in a fast-paced, high-performing environment where learning and progression are actively encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and maintain corporate bond data using official legal documentation and internal proprietary systems.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of securities data.
- Identify discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and implement data corrections where required.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to time-critical projects and partner with global teams to support the delivery of new products and initiatives.
About You
- Strong interest in pursuing a career within financial services or capital markets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to process data quickly and accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with VBA and Macros is a plus).
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and customer service skills.
