Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze profitability reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support financial decision-making.
- Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key financial metrics and business performance.
- Analyze billing processes and data accuracy to improve efficiency and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor weekly operational hours and track unbillable items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational finance initiatives.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA designation required.
- 2–3 years of experience in operational finance or financial analysis.
- Strong experience with financial reporting, profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools, financial systems, and AI tools is an asset.
- Experience building dashboards and analyzing large datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
