A global professional-services organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, profitability analysis, budgeting, and data-quality initiatives across the business.
This is a strong opportunity for an early-career finance, accounting, or consulting professional who enjoys working with data, partnering with business leaders, and helping turn financial information into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare standard and ad hoc reports analyzing key performance indicators and profitability by business unit, office, and individual contributor.
- Support monthly financial reporting packages, senior-management review discussions, and follow-up analysis.
- Develop reporting specifications and pull data from financial reporting systems.
- Investigate and resolve financial-reporting questions in partnership with analysts and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conduct recurring audits of financial-system data to ensure accuracy and adherence to reporting procedures.
- Assist with annual budgeting, lateral-hire analysis, quarterly and annual bank surveys, and reporting-tool maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–2+ years of finance, accounting, consulting, or analytical experience.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with financial reporting software or business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, handle confidential information, and work effectively on a collaborative team.
