About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst (Manufacturing & Operations) to join our ANZ Operations Finance team. In this role, you will provide critical reporting and analytical support across manufacturing and supply chain finance. You will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information, delivering data-driven insights that directly influence operational and cost-related decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of solid experience in FP&A, Operations Finance, or Business Partnering roles, specifically within a manufacturing, supply chain, or operations-focused environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Lookups, PivotTables, managing large datasets) and strong working knowledge of SAP and financial systems.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain cost drivers, financial/management accounting principles, and compliance/SOX governance. (Familiarity with ESG reporting is a plus).
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate across complex, cross-functional multinational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports tracking freight, inventory, utilization, and expenses; analyze operational cost drivers and variances against forecasts.
- Plant Finance Support: Partner with plant stakeholders to manage capital expenditure tracking (AUC/CER), manufacturing metrics, production capacity, and cost variances (PPV).
- Month-End & Financial Close: Support month-end close processes, including journals, provisions, key accruals (goods in transit, inventory reserves), and balance sheet reconciliations using BlackLine.
- Financial Governance & Controls: Maintain documentation for SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) controls, ensuring absolute compliance with corporate internal controls and audit requirements.
- Data & Process Improvement: Maintain financial datasets within SAP, manage ESG data submissions, and actively identify opportunities to automate or streamline reporting workflows.
Work Location: Concentrix Alabang (Hybrid – 3x onsite)
