Pride Health is hiring a Financial Analyst to support our client’s medical facility based in New York, NY 10017. This is a 13-week assignment with a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: New York, NY 10017
Hourly W2 pay: $26/hr – $33/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Start date: 06/29/2026
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support departmental and administrative decision-making.
Review monthly budgets, general ledgers, operating funds, grants, and clinical trial accounts.
Perform variance and fluctuation analysis on revenues and expenses.
Prepare financial reports, invoices, and budget-related documentation.
Communicate with accounting teams regarding budget variances, wire transfers, and expense tracking.
Process purchase orders, contracts, invoices, check requests, travel requests, fund transfers, and petty cash vouchers.
Assist with monitoring grants, clinical trials, and other revenue-generating projects.
Support payroll data entry and record maintenance.
Help track insurance payments and analyze revenue streams.
Participate in financial reporting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Minimum 3 years of finance experience.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and data analysis skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Report preparation and presentation skills.
Process improvement and decision support.
Business planning, market research, and demographic analysis.
