Financial Accountant – Newly Qualified

We are currently working with a leading global investment management firm in Dublin that is looking to hire a Financial Accountant to join their expanding finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified accountant to move into a high-performing international business, gaining strong exposure to financial reporting, technical accounting, and senior stakeholders.
This role is ideally suited to candidates coming from a Big 4 or Top 10 audit background, particularly those with financial services or investment management exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Support the delivery of group reporting requirements
- Assist with technical accounting matters and implementation of new standards
- Work closely with senior finance stakeholders on financial analysis and reporting
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors
- Contribute to process improvements and ongoing finance projects
Requirements
- ACA / ACCA / CPA newly qualified
- Background in audit, ideally within financial services or investment management
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
