Role Description
The Financial Accountant-EA is a full-time, on-site role based in Long Beach,CA. This role involves preparing accurate financial statements, managing financial reporting, and utilizing accounting software to maintain organized financial records. The Financial Accountant will analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The individual will also assist in finance-related tasks and collaborate across departments to improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Creating dashboards in QuickBooks Online
- Business Audit
- Expense Reporting
- Payroll in ADP
- Exceptional Analytical Skills coupled with knowledge of Finance principles
- Experience with Accounting Software for efficient financial management
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy under deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification or equivalent is a plus
- Prior experience in financial accounting or similar roles is preferred
