SUMMARY:
Opportunity for a Financial Accountant (5 months contract).
POSITION INFO:
Our client, a highly respected global property company with an extensive portfolio across multiple regions, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Financial Accountant for a 5-month contract to join a dynamic team. This role is best suited for immediately available candidates.
Duties:
- Prepare and process general ledger entries, journals, and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with management reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies
- Support ad hoc financial projects and process improvements
Education and Experience:
- BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a financial accounting role
