Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Admin Executive to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of finance and administrative activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the local office.

Your responsibilities will include managing bank payments and transaction processing, reviewing expense claims, issuing invoices to local customers and suppliers, and following up on accounts receivable. You will also prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly accounting reports, including petty cash, bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

In addition, you will work closely with the CPA on company license updates, annual audits, local authority requirements, statutory payments, and monthly reporting. Beyond finance, you will also support office administration, procurement, facilities, scheduling, correspondence, onboarding activities, and other HR-related tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bank payments and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and on time.

  • Review and validate expense claims, helping maintain strong cost control and compliance with internal procedures.

  • Prepare and issue invoices to local customers and suppliers, and actively follow up on outstanding receivables.

  • Prepare regular accounting reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, covering petty cash, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

  • Work closely with the CPA on license renewals, annual audits, statutory filings, local authority requirements, payments, and recurring reporting.

  • Handle a range of administrative duties, including office administration, facilities and procurement support, document correspondence, meeting coordination, and office supply management.

  • Provide support for onboarding processes and other HR-related administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent professional certification.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong oral and written English skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel and common PC applications such as Word, Excel, and pivot tables.
  • Experience handling a full set of accounts and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of Xero is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, with a flexible, independent, and collaborative working style.
