POSITION INFO:
That’s where you come in.
We’re not looking for someone to simply close books and tick boxes.
We’re looking for a Financial Accountant who brings order to the detail, calm to the chaos, and insight to the numbers most people just glance over.
This is a role within a fast-moving environment where finance is deeply connected to how the business actually runs — not just how it reports.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Turning raw financial data into clean, reliable reporting
- Owning month-end and year-end processes from start to finish
- Making sense of reconciliations, balances, and variances
- Keeping VAT, tax, and compliance tight and accurate
- Supporting budgets and forecasts that actually guide decisions
- Working closely with operational teams who rely on your numbers
- Protecting the integrity of the general ledger
WHAT YOU NEED
- BCom Accounting (or equivalent)
- SAIPA or SAICA articles completed (essential)
- 2–3 years post-article experience
- Strong Excel ability and solid system confidence
- A strong grip on financial reporting fundamentals
