We're assisting our client, a company in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry, in hiring a Finance & Accounting Staff to support their growing business. This is a contract-based position.
Job Responsibilitie
- sHandle daily accounting transactions, including journal entries, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR)
- .Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- .Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- .Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment requests
- .Support tax administration, including VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory reporting
- .Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- .Assist in budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial analysis
- .Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors during audits
- .Ensure timely filing and proper documentation of accounting records
- .Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned
