About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, managing the close process, and supporting audit and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage month-end, half-year, and year-end close
· Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
· Ensure compliance with IFRS/AASB standards
· Manage journals, accruals, and reconciliations
· Lead audit processes and prepare audit packs
· Support Tax compliance: Prepare corporate tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, and support tax return preparation
· Maintain strong internal controls and balance sheet integrity
About You
· CA/CPA qualified
· 3–4+ years’ experience in financial accounting
· Big 4 / mid-tier or large corporate background preferred
· Strong technical accounting and reporting knowledge
· Experience with audits and tight reporting deadlines
· Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
