About the Programme:
The 12-month Finance Young Leaders Programme at Parentinc is crafted to develop future finance leaders. Through hands-on experience in various finance functions, such as budgeting, accounting, treasury, corporate strategy, and investor relations, this program is designed to equip you with a comprehensive finance foundation to thrive in a tech-driven startup environment.
Programme Highlights:
- Structured Development: Gain real-world experience in financial planning, risk management, corporate strategy, and financial reporting across multiple rotations.
- Mentorship & Training: Paired with a mentor in each rotation, you'll also participate in workshops on topics like financial modeling, cash flow management, and strategic analysis.
- Capstone Project: Conclude the program with a strategic finance project, presenting your insights and recommendations to senior finance leaders.
- Regional Exposure: Top trainees will have the opportunity to visit two of our markets, gaining unique insights into our regional operations.
Programme Objectives:
- To provide a structured, hands-on experience in finance for a fast-paced tech environment.
- To build a pipeline of future finance leaders and equip you with the skills for senior finance roles within Parentinc.
- To foster cross-functional experience in budgeting, investor relations, corporate development, and more.
Who We're Looking For:
- Education: Fresh graduates with a GPA of 3.4 or above from leading universities
- Experience: Less than 2 years of work experience.
- Skills & Interests: Strong interest in finance, corporate strategy, and data analysis. High motivation, adaptability, and eagerness to learn are essential.
Programme Duration:
- 12 months: May 2025 – May 2026

- Capstone Project: Lead a strategic finance project during the final month, synthesizing your learnings to make a real impact on the business.
- 4 days WFO (Mega Kuningan)
- Occasional travel will be required
