Job Description

  • Responsible for month end closing process and prepare analysis reports
  • Perform daily liquidity ratio monitoring and ensure compliance with MAS requirements
  • Assist to prepare quarterly regulatory reports for MAS
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audit-related matters
  • Assist with banking documentation
  • Monitor daily cashflow operations, handle payment and any treasury activities, manage client money segregation
  • Participate in finance and treasury-related projects, including system enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives where required
  • Work closely with the other departments across APAC to ensure smooth workflow
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
  • Assist in developing and implementing financial & treasury policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist in liaising with auditor for annual auditing
  • Assist in liaising with tax agent on GST returns, corporate tax, and related tax matters
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Candidate profile

  • Degree in an accounting or finance
  • Above 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business administration; progress toward CA/CPA is an advantage
  • Strong technical foundation in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and IRAS regulations is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritise, and perform under tight timelines with minimal supervision.
  • Forward-looking and proactive, with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
  • A strong team player with good organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
