We're looking for an experienced Senior Vice President – Finance Transformation to lead enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives within a global financial services organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver the target-state business architecture across General Ledger, Accounting Engines, Financial Close, Reconciliation, and Data Substantiation.
- Lead business process transformation by analyzing current-state processes and designing future-state operating models.
- Partner with Finance, Front Office, Operations, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Drive data governance, financial controls, reconciliation, and substantiation frameworks.
- Lead large-scale finance transformation programs and mentor Business Architecture teams.
Required Experience:
- Extensive experience as a Business Architect, Process Architect, or Finance Transformation Leader in financial services.
- Strong expertise in General Ledger, sub-ledger accounting, financial close, consolidation, reconciliation, and financial controls.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, or SaaS ERP/accounting platform transformations.
- Deep understanding of financial data flows, data governance, and regulatory reporting.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead enterprise transformation initiatives.
