Job Description :
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts (weekly & monthly) and plan optimal payment timing, including foreign exchange considerations.
- Manage banking facilities (e.g., LC, BG, credit lines) and ensure utilization aligns with approved limits.
- Execute all payments (supplier & non-supplier) accurately and on time, including invoice processing and expense claims in compliance with company SOP.
- Monitor bank balances, control cash (physical & records), and ensure incoming payments align with issued invoices.
- Verify bank payment vouchers and perform daily bank reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (including DHE/DHI reporting) and prepare financial reports for banking, insurance, and appraisal purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance / Accounting roles.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of payment processes, cash flow management, and bank reconciliation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
