WE ARE HIRING FOR OUR OTHER BUSINESS UNIT THAT FOCUSED ON INSURANCE**
Key Responsibilities
• Project Accounting & Cost Control: Track WIP and POC/revenue recognition; monitor job cost vs budget; post accruals, GR/IR, and site petty cash; monthly margin walk.
• Billing & AR: Convert BAST/BAPP → invoice (tax & non-tax); ensure complete docs; submit to clients; follow up collections incl. retention & milestones.
• AP & Treasury: 3-way match PO/GR/Invoice; schedule vendor payments; weekly cash-flow forecast; bank reconciliations; manage BG/SKBDN/LC as needed.
• Tax & Compliance: Prepare/coordinate e-Faktur (PPN) and e-Bupot (PPh 21/22/23/26); handle import-related taxes; support internal/external audits; maintain SOP & document control.
• Closing & Reporting: Month-end close ≤ 5 WD; prepare AR aging, job-cost and cash-flow reports; feed data to management dashboards.
• Cross-Function Interface: Align progress claims/VOs with PM; validate deliveries with Procurement; coordinate PR/PO timing with Engineering & O&M.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; Brevet A/B preferred (CPA/CA a plus).
• 5-10 years in project-based industries (Insurance, Financial Services).
• Hands-on with progress billing, BAST, retention, POC/PSAK-IFRS revenue.
• Tools: Advanced Excel, ERP (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Accurate), e-Faktur/e-Bupot, bank portals.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, import taxes, FX basics.
• Detail-driven, deadline-focused, strong follow-up on AR; clear communicator with site teams & clients.
• Bahasa Indonesia & working English.
