Position Summary :
Provide financial support and assist in financial reporting and analysis across US and global businesses, as well as support groups based in the United States. Assist the Finance Manager with various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Bookkeeping
- AP/AR reconciliation & Aging
- Cost input
- Cash report & Bank balance reconciliation
- Issuing KR tax invoice
- Review and prepare the VAT report quarterly
- Support Monthly closing & Year-End tax filing
- Cash flow management and analysis
- Support internal & external audit
- Management for customer & vendor master file
- Ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of US GAAP & Other international accounting standards
- Excellent systems and technology skills. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar accounting platform required
- Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Financial modeling / forecasting experience
- Ability to utilize and optimize IT resources to achieve process efficiencies
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance required; MBA desirable but not required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years related accounting / finance experience
