Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines
This role supports core FP&A functions while serving as a commercial finance partner to the Sales and
Marketing teams. The position plays a key role in delivering financial insights, managing planning cycles,
and supporting go-to-market initiatives, including promotions and new product launches.
Key Deliverables:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
◆ Prepare and analyze monthly internal P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Lead the
budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the business.
◆ Coordinate and deliver monthly and quarterly financial outlooks and variance
◆ analysis.
◆ Develop insightful management reporting and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
◆ Partner with accounting team to ensure accurate month-end close and reporting processes.
Commercial Finance Support:
Act as a finance business partner to Sales and Marketing teams, supporting on:
◆ Trade promotions planning, evaluation, and ROI analysis.
◆ New product launches: financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance tracking. o Customer
and product-level profitability analysis.
◆ Support pricing strategy and discounting decisions with data-driven insights.
◆ Conduct pre- and post-promotion financial reviews to optimize future investments.
◆ Assist in building business cases for marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
◆ Work closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Accounting, Sales, and Marketing.
◆ Support ad hoc strategic projects and financial modeling for business development opportunities.
◆ Prepare materials and presentations for internal stakeholders, including Executive Leadership.
Qualifications:
◆ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
◆ 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or related financial roles.
◆ Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow mechanics.
◆ Proven experience partnering with Sales and/or Marketing teams is highly desirable.
◆ Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling; experience with
◆ BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
◆ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
◆ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
