Role Description The Finance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vorë, responsible for supporting accurate and timely financial operations. This position focuses on preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting entries, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring costs, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights for decision-making. The Finance Specialist will also support internal and external audits, maintain organized financial records, and communicate key financial information to management.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and support data-driven decisions.
- Solid knowledge of finance and experience working with financial statements and reports.
- Practical accounting skills, including journal entries, reconciliations, and basic cost accounting.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP software.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.
