Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities:
· Project Management: Lead and manage specialized finance projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgetary constraints.
· Financial Diligence: Conduct thorough financial analyses and due diligence for various initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
· System Implementations: Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement and optimize financial systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
· Insurance Management: Oversee insurance processes, including policy evaluations, renewals, and claims management.
· Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to support decision making and strategic planning.
· Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting project progress, financial performance, and key insights.
· Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 8+ years of experience in finance or project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
· Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and procedures.
· Proficient in financial software and systems; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
