Job Desk / Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily financial transaction records, ensuring data accuracy.
- Handle petty cash, payroll, and banking transactions (vendor and operational payments).
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure alignment of financial data.
- Prepare financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) in a timely manner.
- Monitor cash flow to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor operational expenses and implement cost control measures.
- Manage tax-related matters (calculation, reporting, and payment) in compliance with regulations.
- Oversee budget usage and ensure cost efficiency.
- Maintain well-organized and complete financial documentation.
- Prepare financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support audit processes.
- Ensure all financial processes are carried out in accordance with SOPs and applicable systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Experienced in handling petty cash, payroll, internet banking transactions, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Familiar with formulas in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets for accounting purposes.
- Proficient in using accounting systems.
- Able to utilize technology, including AI, for accounting, finance, and research purposes.
- Strong analytical skills and good financial decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of cost control and operational efficiency.
- Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Preferably based in Bali or willing to work in Denpasar.
