About the Role

A leading international media and entertainment organization is seeking a Finance Transformation Reporting Specialist to play a key role in a major Oracle Fusion finance transformation programme.

In this role, you will help define and deliver the future reporting landscape for Finance, supporting the transition to a global Oracle Fusion reporting model. You will work closely with finance, data, and technology teams to design scalable reporting solutions, streamline legacy reporting systems, and ensure data accuracy and governance across the organization.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of finance, data, and enterprise technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the enterprise finance reporting strategy as part of the Oracle Fusion transformation.
  • Design the future reporting architecture, consolidating legacy reporting from SAP ECC, BW, and Excel into a centralized reporting catalogue.
  • Lead structured reporting requirements discovery across finance processes including:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Acquire-to-Retire (A2R)
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Capture reporting requirements including data sources, KPIs, stakeholders, and regulatory drivers.
  • Validate global vs local reporting needs and align with the redesigned Chart of Accounts.
  • Work with architects, data teams, and implementation partners to ensure alignment with the Oracle Fusion data model and reporting strategy.
  • Manage the reporting delivery backlog across transformation sprints.
  • Validate report outputs and reconcile against source systems.
  • Maintain the global finance reporting catalogue and ensure adherence to enterprise reporting standards.
  • Partner with change teams to develop training materials and documentation supporting finance user adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in finance reporting, finance transformation, or financial data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience implementing or managing finance reporting frameworks
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools
  • Ability to work across finance, data, and technology teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
