Position Summary:
The Finance Records Clerk provides administrative support to the Finance Department by maintaining electronic and physical financial records and supporting billing administration for Uwajimaya and FSI. This position is responsible for organizing, processing, and maintaining financial documents to ensure records are accurate, complete, and readily accessible.
Position’s Key Responsibilities:

Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical financial documents.

Maintain accurate filing systems for financial and customer records.

Upload and organize documents within company software and shared file systems.

Support billing administration by distributing invoices, statements, credit memos, and other financial documents.

Update and maintain financial and customer records in accordance with company procedures.

Archive financial records and maintain organized storage of historical documents.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Starting Pay: $22.00/hr.
Salary Range: $22.00/hr. – $22.00/hr.
