tch The Finance Payroll Analyst is a key member of the Finance team at Secret Escapes. In this broad and varied role, you will be an essential support to the wider business by ensuring accurate payroll accounting, reconciliations and reporting along with providing analysis to support FP&A proces

ses.
The Role & What You'

  • ll DoPartner with HR to ensure all payroll and headcount data is complete, accurate, and aligned to reporting requirements, enabling timely and accurate posting of staff c
  • osts.Ensure all staff costs are accurately recorded in the accounting system (Netsuite), maintaining precise account coding, descriptions, and documenta
  • tion.Prepare and post payroll accr
  • uals.Perform monthly variance analysis versus Budget on key payroll cost lines, investigating discrepancies, and providing insightful comme
  • ntaryCollaborate with FP&A on headcount and staff modelling, including support on annual budgets, monthly outturns and ad hoc business partn
  • eringPrepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations for all staff related acco
  • unts.Support year-end audit preparation by completing year end payroll reconciliations and supporting documenta
  • tion.Develop and improve data, systems, and processes appropriate for the business to drive efficiency, aided by AI as appropr
