Role & Responsibilities
You will be part of our Finance Operations & Support team based in Barcelona. On a day to day basis you will:
- Make sure past events have the correct final amounts from each supplier and are correctly invoiced to Clients
- Provide clear answers to Clients/Suppliers when they have questions about invoices, purchase orders and payments.
- Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes
- Manage cancellations and event postponements
- Participate in the improvement of internal processes
- Recruit, onboard, and train junior team members
Compensation & Benefits
- Package : 30000€ to 40000€ depending on experience

You Are The Ideal Candidate If
- You have 2+ years of experience in a Finance / Billing Operations role at a tech scale-up
- You are fluent in English and in French (50% of Finance Operations are still in French)
- You are comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
- You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team
- You like numbers, you are very well organized and you pay attention to detail
- You can demonstrate how you have used AI or automation to improve operations
