Your Impact
As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will support the delivery of accurate, efficient, and compliant finance operations for Asahi Global Procurement worldwide.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial transaction processing, maintaining high-quality master data, and providing reliable operational support to internal stakeholders.
Your contribution will help maintain strong financial controls, achieve service excellence, and ensure global procurement operations run in a structured and disciplined environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process finance transactions across Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Travel & Expense in accordance with defined procedures and service levels.
- Maintain and validate financial master data (vendor, customer, GL, cost center) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide reports, reconciliations, and operational support to internal stakeholders to enable smooth business operations.
- Deliver timely issue resolution and professional support, meeting agreed SLAs and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, minimizing operational risk.
- Support period-end close activities and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in Finance Operations / Accounting / Shared Services / AP / GL / T&E.
- Good understanding of finance processes, controls, and transaction handling.
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven, international environment.
- Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience working with ERP / SAP / Finance systems is an advantage.
