Muscle is a B2B Enterprise AI platform that optimizes ROI of loyalty programs and travel ecosystems for banks across Latin America. We operate across multiple jurisdictions and process large volumes daily.
We're looking for someone exceptional to work the financial operations layer of the company.
You will be the person who makes sure every dollar is accounted for, every client is billed correctly, and every financial process is built to scale. You'll work directly with the CEO.
What you'll own:
- Client billing across all active accounts with variable contracts, CPP mechanics, multi-currency, exchange rates, withholdings. You understand the mechanics and you own the output
- Financial QA
- Monthly financial reporting to our external accounting firm across all five group entities
- Accounts receivable and billing follow-up
- Identifying accounting discrepancies
- Intercompany financial flows
What we're looking for:
- Someone who finds financial complexity interesting, not overwhelming: multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-client environments are where you do your best work
- You build process. When something isn't documented, you document it. When something breaks, you fix it and prevent it from breaking again
- High ownership mentality you treat the company's financial health like it's your own
- Strong analytical foundation
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Based in San José, Costa Rica
