About the role
You make the numbers behind the holding actually move. OPOS-list maintenance, invoice reconciliation, monthly reporting prep — done with speed and accuracy. You see how a six-brand holding really operates: where money flows, where it leaks, and how a finance function gets built from scratch.
What you will do
• Maintain OPOS lists (open items / outstanding receivables) across all six brands
• Reconcile invoices, payments, and bank-statement entries — read-only, no banking access
• Prepare monthly reporting (P&L drafts, revenue summaries) under senior review
• Triage the holding's invoices inbox — sort, label, escalate
• Spot inconsistencies (wrong VAT, duplicate invoices, missed deadlines) before they become problems
What we are looking for
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets — pivot tables, lookup formulas, conditional logic
• Accounting logic basics — debits and credits, accruals, simple bookkeeping principles
• Precision and speed — accurate first, fast second, sloppy never
• Trustworthy disposition — you handle financial data daily, NDA mandatory
• Currently enrolled at a university (Pflichtpraktikum requirement)
Nice to have
• DATEV / Lexware / Buchhaltungsbutler exposure
• Prior internship or working-student role in finance / accounting / controlling

Duration
Up to 3 months, extendable to 6 if your university requires it. We sign Pflichtpraktikum / Praktikumsvertrag.
