Our client is a well-regarded and growing Real Estate organisation based in Dublin City Centre. With a strong portfolio of assets and a continued focus on operational excellence, they are seeking to add a Finance Operations Analyst to their finance team.

- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) or equivalent finance qualification.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a Finance Operations, Finance Analyst or Assistant Accountant role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to improve processes and bring structure to finance operations.
- Experience supporting collections, accounts administration, accounts payable/receivable or wider finance operations.
- Exposure to finance systems, ERP platforms, process improvement or transformation projects would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to build relationships across the business.
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting finance operations and driving continuous improvement across the business. Responsibilities will include:
- Support the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring efficient and accurate financial processes.
- Drive improvements to collections processes to maximise cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
- Review existing workflows and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy and controls.
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Assist with finance systems enhancements, testing and implementation projects.
- Support the development and maintenance of robust financial controls and operating procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve finance processes.
- Help identify opportunities to streamline operations and support finance transformation initiatives.
