Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager / Finance Director to lead the organization's financial planning, governance, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing financial management, developing long-term financial strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing executive-level financial insights that support sustainable business growth.
The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis while maintaining strong financial controls and governance frameworks. You will collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, optimize financial resources, support strategic initiatives, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
Key responsibilities include developing financial strategies, monitoring key financial performance indicators, supporting corporate planning, overseeing audit and compliance activities, managing financial risks, enhancing financial reporting systems, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement, strengthening internal controls, and providing strategic recommendations to support informed business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or an equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance management.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong understanding of financial governance, compliance, internal controls, and enterprise risk management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial management software, business intelligence tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into strategic business recommendations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
