An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join the finance leadership team of a high-growth, technology-led business operating across Ireland, the UK and international markets. The organisation has experienced exceptional growth in recent years, driven by both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, and continues to invest heavily in innovation, technology and its people.
Reporting to the Director of Financial Operations, you'll join an experienced finance leadership team and take ownership of a broad finance remit, managing a team of four across Billing, Collections, Accounts Payable and Payroll. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strong financial control with the opportunity to partner across the wider business and contribute to the continued development of the finance function.
You'll lead the month-end close process, oversee management reporting, financial controls, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory reporting, VAT compliance and audit preparation, while working closely with commercial finance on budgeting, forecasting and margin analysis. The role also offers exposure to a growing international business, supporting multi-entity reporting and helping to integrate newly acquired operations as the organisation continues to expand.
What makes this opportunity particularly exciting is the business's commitment to innovation. Having already embedded AI tools across the wider organisation, they are now focused on bringing greater automation and AI capability into the finance function. This role will suit someone who enjoys improving processes, leveraging technology and leading projects that enhance efficiency, reporting and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with at least three years' post-qualified experience gained within industry or a fast-paced commercial environment. You'll have strong management accounting and financial reporting experience, enjoy working in a growing business and be someone who thrives in an environment where continuous improvement is encouraged. Exposure to multi-entity organisations, ERP systems and finance transformation projects would be highly advantageous.
Offering a salary of €80,000–€90,000, together with a 10% bonus, employer pension contribution, healthcare and genuine opportunities for career progression, this is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious organisation at an exciting stage of its growth journey.
