We are looking for a Financial Controller to join a growing food and beverage manufacturing company to lead its finance function. This role will play a key part in supporting business growth by building the finance infrastructure from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations
- Establish and strengthen financial controls, policies and reporting frameworks
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and management reporting activities
- Drive finance process improvements and system enhancement initiatives, including ERP implementation
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit and regulatory requirements
- Support business expansion initiatives and build scalable finance processes
Key Requirements
- Proven experienced in Financial Controller, Finance manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong background in manufacturing or operational finance environments
- Experience setting up finance processes, controls, and reporting structures within a growing or start-up business
- Hands-on exposure to ERP implementation and reporting structures
