Opportunity:
As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager/Controller to join our team and help drive our organization forward. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and ensure the overall success of the company. You will be responsible for implementing key initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead all finance and payroll functions, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting to both the Management Team and Executive Leadership Team.
- Develop, review, distribute, and manage quarterly budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to department-level expenses, AR, AP, and performance planning.
- Partner with the executive team to create, manage, and optimize financial planning and analysis workflows and projects.
- Oversee accounts receivable and check cashing processes.
- Manage the annual financial audit and corporate tax compliance filings.
- Review, manage, and ensure compliance with administration and audit schedules.
- Maintain and improve our reporting infrastructure for forecasting P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Lead and drive long-term growth and efficiency initiatives within the company.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making and assess areas of investment.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and support the evaluation of the company's progress toward its strategic goals.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of direct leadership and cross-functional management experience.
- 10+ years of experience supporting finance functions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning, bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at Php 90,000 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
Supplemental Pay: Quarterly Performance Bonus
