Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Yangon. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning and budgeting, preparing reports, analyzing financial data to provide insights for decision-making, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities also include overseeing financial performance, managing cash flow, supervising accounting operations, and contributing to the company's long-term financial strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with accounting processes and systems, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a CPA or CFA qualification is a plus
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the beauty or manufacturing sector
