Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated Finance Manager to lead the Financial Operations at our subsidiary company based in Bukit Baru, Melaka.This is a full-time. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. The role includes preparing financial reports, managing cash flow, analyzing financial data, and supporting decision-making with actionable insights. The Finance Manager will also work closely with various departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Financial Management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Financial Reporting
- Knowledge of Financial Regulations and Compliance standards
- Advanced skills in Accounting and use of relevant Accounting Software
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar financial managerial role
