About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to own our analytics and financial reporting function. This is a high-visibility role working directly with the founding team, providing the financial intelligence that drives business decisions across our operations.
This is not a traditional accounting role. Most of your time will be spent on analysis, reporting, and insight – translating financial data into clear, actionable information for the founders. You will also maintain the financial records that underpin the integrity of everything you report.
This is a fully remote position based in Armenia.
What You'll Do
Own Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports for the founding team, covering revenue performance, margins, cost trends, and key business metrics
- Maintain KPI dashboards tracking business performance across clients, products, and geographies
- Analyse revenue performance per client – volumes, trends, mix, and growth – and surface actionable insights
- Prepare variance analysis and commentary, explaining movements against prior periods and targets
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives as directed by the founding team
Drive Commercial Intelligence
- Develop a deep understanding of Neoflow's revenue drivers and cost structure to provide commercially relevant insight, not just numbers
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the financial data and proactively bring these to the attention of the founding team
Own the Finance Function
- Maintain accurate financial records across the group's entities, ensuring the integrity of the data that underpins all reporting and analysis
- Process journal entries and reconciliations as part of owning end-to-end financial operations
- Maintain organised financial records and documentation across multiple jurisdictions
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in a finance, FP&A, or commercial finance role
- Commercially minded – you think about what the numbers mean for the business, not just whether they are accurate
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets – you can build clean, well-structured reports
- Proactive and autonomous – you manage your own workload, and take ownership of your deliverables
- Clear communicator – you can translate financial data into concise, readable reporting
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, journal entries, and VAT reporting
- Payments experience is essential – this may come from working at a fintech, payments company, crypto business, or an iGaming or other company where you had direct exposure to payment flows, transaction data, and multi-currency operations. What matters is that you understand how payments work in practice, not where you gained that experience
