Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead and oversee all financial operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA.

The role includes operational finance management, strategic responsibilities, supporting executive management in financial planning, business growth, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Manage daily financial and accounting operations of the manufacturing factory.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and company expenditures.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial records.
  • Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, treasury, and fixed assets functions.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations.

Budgeting, Forecasting

  • Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budget utilization and cost control.
  • Analyze budget variances and financial performance.
  • Coordinate departmental budget planning.
  • Prepare cash flow and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and controls.
  • Support strategic financial planning and cost optimization.
  • Present budget reports to senior management and Board.

Strategic Finance

  • Support executive management in developing and implementing financial strategies.
  • Participate in strategic business planning, expansion projects, and investment evaluations.
  • Prepare financial models, feasibility studies, and business performance analysis.
  • Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support pricing strategies through detailed cost and profitability analysis.
  • Assist in decision-making related to capital expenditure and operational investments.
  • Participate in executive meetings and provide financial insights to senior management.

SAP S/4HANA Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize finance operations within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Ensure proper integration between Finance, Costing, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Production modules.
  • Generate financial and operational reports through SAP.
  • Support SAP implementation, upgrades, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate master data and reporting integrity within SAP systems.
  • Train and support finance team members on SAP financial processes and reporting tools.

Compliance, Audit & Internal Control

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, IFRS, and company policies.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Develop and strengthen internal control systems and financial governance.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
  • Manage VAT, tax filings, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Review and approve financial transactions within delegated authority.

Banking & Treasury Management

  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
  • Monitor banking facilities including loans, LC, LG, and treasury activities.
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
  • Support negotiations with banks and external financial partners.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, supervise, and develop the finance and accounting team.
  • Promote a high-performance and compliance-focused finance culture.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations departments.
  • Mentor team members and support succession planning initiatives.
  • Act as second-in-command for finance leadership in the absence of the CFO or Finance Director.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Strong practical experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and manufacturing finance.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
  • Good command of English language (written and spoken).
