We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within the exchange house, banking, or financial services sector and possess excellent analytical and leadership skills.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 8–10 years of finance management experience, preferably in an exchange house, banking, or financial services environment
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the organization's financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risk management.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
