Jungle Fever Georgia LTD, one of the leading distribution companies in the cosmetics industry, is looking for a Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our finance function.
This role is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong accounting and tax knowledge with analytical thinking and financial planning skills. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, support strategic decision-making, and oversee the company's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team
- Oversee the full accounting cycle and ensure compliance with Georgian tax legislation and financial standards
- Support and develop the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes
- Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor company performance through financial analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage cash flow planning and financial reporting for management
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of Georgian tax legislation and financial reporting
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills and experience managing finance teams
- Ability to work closely with senior management and support strategic decisions
- English proficiency is required
